Minutes of the 4th VMC Meeting

VMC meeting was held in the Principal’s chamber on 29 Aug 2009 at 10:00 am. The meeting was cheered by VMS Chairman, Prof.VED PRAKASH Vice chairman VGC. The chairman congratulated the principal and staff and desired to improve the result in quality

The following members were present in the meeting:-

1. Mr Ambedkar
2. Prof. Dubey
3. Mr.M.M.Sharma

The Principal welcomed the VMC members. Then she informed/apprised the VMC members about the Board results of the session 2008-2009. She also assured that substantial steps are being taken up to improve the quality of the results.

AGENDA ITEM No. 2: The Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi the year2009-2010 and revised estimate for the year 2010-2011 was put before the VMC. VMC approved the Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi budget for the year 2009-2010 and the revised estimate for the year 2010-2011.

AGENDA ITEM No. 3: In response to the purchase of display Board and Honour Board’s the VMC gave the approved to purchase the same.

AGENDA ITEM No. 4: Regarding the expenditure on Chau Dance to be performed in the inauguration ceremony of KVS National Sports Meet on 16th Nov 2009. The VMC to gave the approval for the expenditure.

AGENDA ITEM No. 5: The VMC approval the proposal to use the panel of the neighboring Kendriya Vidyalaya to appoint the contractual part time teacher.
